Instead of doing a lot of sewing this Easter weekend I did a lot of cooking! We had a big family gathering at our house on Easter Sunday so my daughter and I did some baking.
I made a Simnel cake
Amy made a delicious Kit-Kat cake
And she also made a lemon curd pavlova, with home made lemon curd, yum yum!
I hope everyone else had as lovely as Easter as I did.

WOW! WOW! Everything looks delicious! can’t decide which one of the desserts is my favourite! I have to admit the Kit Kat one looks tempting; it wouldn’t last in our house! ha!ha! 🙂 Glad you had a wonderful time with great desserts!

Thank you. We had great savouries too (a whole poached Salmon complete with cucumber scales!) but we forgot to take photos of any of those!
