Tiny flower knickersThe fabric and knicker elastic is already available to buy and so is the sewing pattern

Tiny floral fabricI have also recently finished making the Colette Laurel dress for my daughter

Laurel dressIt is a lovely simple dress to make, it introduced me to some new techniques that I will use again and again such as bias binding for the sleeves and neckline and underlining, so simple and such a professional looking finish! The instruction booklet is excellent and the downloadable extra’s are great too!

Laurel dressI used a contrasting flower print bias binding which looks so lovely!

My latest knitting project

My latest knitting project is going to take me forever! It’s a long Aran cardigan for my daughter, this is the back and it is only half the length it needs to be!

The back is moss stitch which is fairly easy, the front will involve cable stitches so I will really have to concentrate so no TV with subtitles!
