I have been a bit quiet on the blogging front lately, this is because I have been busy making a very important dress for my daughter. It is a Colette Laurel
It’s an easy dress to make and the instructions are really clear and easy to follow. The fabric on the other hand was a bit tricky, a lovely coral crepe/georgette fabric, it was so slippery to use, I had to redo the sleeves a couple of times as they were different lengths! I didn’t read about spraying the fabric with a starch spray until it was too late. I will definitely do that next time I use this type of Fabric.
I love the way she has accessorised and her shoes are fab! She also did a great job of her nails
She met up with some of her friends for a pre-prom drink, they all look gorgeous
I had to have a picture of the two of us, even though she makes me look a bit short!
I love the modesty of the dress! She looks soooooooooo sophisticated π You both did a great job!

Oh lovely ladylike dress and I really love how she has styled it with the studded clutch and chunky shoes as a contrast.
